Training
The NESMARK Training Component is an intensive, countrywide Reproductive Health training activity designed for Primary Health Care providers of Albania.
The work of this component is in accordance with policies approved by the Ministry of Health in order to continuously improve the health of the women and children.
The trainings organizes by this component can cover all the aspects of Reproductive Health and can be adapted to the requirements and needs of each individual health centre and its personnel.
The objective of NESMARK is to train all the health professionals working in the rural areas of the country despite the distance or the location of the health center where they are working.
These training sessions have developed the knowledge of the Health Personnel in Family Planning and as a result the contraceptive prevalence rate has increased and this has led to a decrease in the number of abortions.
